Shipping, Pick Up + Returns

SHIPPING/LOCAL DELIVERY:

We offer Free shipping on orders over $150 and $5 flat rate shipping for all orders in the US. Orders will be shipped with USPS. This shipping fee is non-refundable. Orders placed within Canada are responsible for their own shipping fees/duties. Options will be available at checkout. Local Deliveries will be done, free of charge, Monday-Friday between 11a-6p. You will receive a notification via email when your package is delivered.

CURBSIDE PICKUP:

Curbside pick will be available Monday-Sunday from 12p-5pm. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please see an associate for your local pick up!

HOLIDAY IN-STORE RETURN POLICY: 

Merchandise purchased between 11/14-12/31 must be returned by 1/4/21 or 30 days from date of purchase with the receipt for store credit on unworn merchandise.  

No refunds will be given to original form of payment. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. No price adjustments. No refund/exchange for cash on gift cards.

If items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), we can not offer store credit. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. No price adjustments. No refund/exchange for cash on gift cards. 

A fee of $5 will be deducted from your return to cover the costs of the label.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase.
